Thursday, February 10, 2011. 8220;鱼生 ”是新加坡及马来西亚在农历新年的特色过年食品。吃鱼生又叫作“捞生 ”或“捞鱼生”。“鱼生 ”多在农历初七食用，并叫做“七彩鱼生”。“捞生 ”有捞得风生水起的意头。 今年新年，妹妹突然心血来潮，决定在家自己弄七彩鱼生。七彩鱼生的材料有：. 鲜虾（蒸熟）代替生鱼片，因为妈妈不吃生食. 酱料（蜜糖 柠檬汁）. 首先把沙葛、红萝卜、黄瓜、红辣椒、黄姜、吉子、洋葱和百灵菇切丝。把几只大虾蒸熟后切丝。把这些材料摆在一个大盘里，红、橙、黄、绿、褐、紫、白，颜色七彩缤纷，喜气洋洋。在捞生之前把饼碎、白芝麻和花生末洒在以上食材上，象征黄金满地。最后淋上黄金酱料。 所有材料加好后，大家就围桌举起筷子，将食材捞动，口中还要不断说好意头的话，而且要越捞越高，以示步步高升。我们家弄的鱼生好吃得不得了，Alex说比Sushi King的还要好吃呢！ Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Macaron and Mille Crepe. 一种用蛋白、杏仁粉、白砂糖和糖霜所做的法国甜点，通常在两块饼干之间夹有水果酱或奶油等内馅。 马卡龙的小圆饼外壳酥脆，内部柔软，颜色鲜艳抢眼， 小巧漂亮。 龙，现在身价不菲。早前学生在校园里卖马卡龙，两个小小的. 马卡龙售价是RM8。我买了一个咖啡和一个磨咔口味的来试一试， 有点像下图。 还有一种甜点叫法式千层蛋糕（mille crepe) 也是非常还吃，而且价钱不菲。最近在金宝的一家西饼屋可以找到，特价RM8一片，原价是RM16喔！妈妈生日时买了一整个回家，大家都说好吃。 不过我们吃的是榴莲口味的，和上图有点不一样。太好吃了，来不及拍下照片呢！ April 6, 2012 at 7:53 AM. 那间店叫My Dream, 在麦当劳的同一排。 April 9, 2012 at 11:53 PM. Wednesday, November 2, 2011. 昨天，上完practical后，从block D走回block A 时，抬头一望，怎么蓝天和湖水看起来怪怪的，再放眼向canteen望去，黑压压的人头一片喧哗，怎么看起来好像distorted 了的画面。心想糟了，难道我血压偏低，还是血糖偏低，还是耳水不平衡? 回到office, 我开始打电脑做paper work, 越做越累，于是我就把眼镜摘下来，揉揉眼睛。当我要把眼镜带回去时，发现原来眼镜的一只脚掉了螺丝，整只脚歪掉，眼镜戴在我的脸上，也歪掉跑了位置，怪不得看什么都distorted 了！即刻跑到眼镜店装上螺丝， 把眼镜的脚装好，老板说不收我的钱哩！ 1。她有钱，可以帮男人还贷款； 血拼时，男人不会太心疼。 2。她独立，天塌下来可以帮男人撑一半。 3。她有才，帮男人出谋划策。 4。她交际广阔，不断吸收新的东西、认识新朋友，不会变黄脸婆。 5。她做事利落，不会耍脾气，玩猜心游戏； 她知道她想要什么，而且很坦白的告诉男人。 Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Thursday, November 18, 2010. 两个星期过去了。贝蒂。欧很努力地在找房客。贝蒂。欧要找单身的华人女生，可惜上来看房间的华人女生都嫌弃贝蒂。欧的小公寓。 贝蒂。欧很沮丧，“难道我的公寓真的那么差吗？为什么会无人问津？ ”. 这时的贝蒂。欧开始想把房间“开放 ”给非华人女生。非华人女生有印度人、中东人等，最后又来了一个韩国人。韩国人在Intel上班，星期四看了房间后非常满意，即刻想租。 贝蒂。欧也很想租给她。但又有个华人女生，是马六甲人，会上来槟城工作，是一个老师。马六甲女生星期天才能上来看房间。马六甲女生在菩提中学教书，贝蒂。欧公寓的地点很适合。 贝蒂。欧又举棋不定了。该等马六甲女生星期天看了房间才决定呢？还是直接租给韩国女生？贝蒂。欧怕等到星期天马六甲女生看了房间却不租，韩国女生又租了别的地方，那就糟糕了。 后来贝蒂。欧决定租给韩国女生。从此和外国人同住在一个屋檐下，文化交流。 贝蒂。欧总于了了“家 ”事。 Monday, November 8, 2010. 吃饱后，我们坐在漂亮的南瓜灯旁，看了一部轻松爱情喜剧。 Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
