It is habitual, at least it seems to be for me. I think he was closer to the truth. All these reasons, these excuses were so rehearsed, so planned that I began to believe them. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but we rather have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit. -Aristotle. They way we cling to a certain thing, as it slowly becomes our life. (Or at least a major part of it) I also find it funny the way one habit builds off of a current one.
