Little did i know, my workouts were not worthy of my "accomplished" feelings. For years I had no idea what I was doing, I just thought I did. My workouts consisted of machines and the treadmill , talking with friends, and. Rse abs, abs, and more abs. My best friend was. The treadmill and dumbb. Ells were the enemy. My goal was to be toned. No muscles. So weights were out!

Make sure you are hydrated a few hours prior to a workout. Complex carbs, Low GI carbs: will digest slowly and provide you with fuel throughout your workout. Ex: apples, bananas, brown rice, oatmeal. Will keep your body in an anabolic state through your workout (prevent breakdown of muscle tissue). This will make you feel nauseous! Not eating at all:.
