I graduated from college, we had Nicholas, Michael got a great new job, and we found a house that we think we will soon be calling home. Of joy. He has started to notices pictures of other baby's and starts to smile and laugh. I was carrying him around a store and he all of the sudden started to laugh at a picture of a woman.

8230;every perfect gift is from above." James 1:17. Sunday, November 16, 2008. For some reason on Thursday I decided to try Nick's suit on. I couldn't believe it! He had actually out grown the suit in 3 weeks. I thought "no big deal, I just go and exchange it for the next size up." Friday was almost a total melt down. Why do store have short suits out? Isn't it Fall time in Connecticut? Needles to say around 6pm on Friday Michael and I had located a suit. Nicholas looks so cute in his suit!

Since he has been intently watching us eat for the past couple of weeks we decided to give him some delicious rice cereal the other day. He was very confused with the whole thing. He swallowed some, spit some out, played with the spoon, and made some great faces. We have to try it again! MmmmSyrup in coffee.Why didn't I think of that? I think I missed.

Saturday, August 29, 2009. August flew by, and I have not blogged about all the great things that we have been up to. Most importantly Grammy Wawa came to visit us. We had a great time and enjoyed every minute of her visit with us. We spent several days shopping and exploring Park City. We found great deals at the outlet mall, and had a lovely lunch at Wasatch Brewing Co. We also saw lots of the Olympic sites as well. Grammy joined in on the Wawa evening dance time. :). We love you, and miss you lots!

Monday, June 22, 2009. So Luke had his one year check up on Thursday. He was 27 lbs 2 oz and 32.5 inches. Unfortunately I think he got a bug while we were there. I tried so hard to wipe things down and not let him play with the toys there.ugh! The poor guy was sick all day Saturday and couldnt keep much down. Whatever he got moves fast! Friday, January 29, 2010. Today I am mourning the loss of my sons adorable little smile. Fortunately and somewhat ironically Doug and I were at the dentist office getting our teeth cleaned. The dentist was very nice and came out to do an emergency examination of Luke's mouth. Unfortunately there isnt much to do at this point. He said the tooth may come in another color.I assume maybe gray or dark and that we need to watch it for possible infection due to nerve damage.UGGHH! It is extremely distressing!
