I was going to write a pathetic pitiful poor me post today about how disgusted I am with myself, how my knees hurt when I run, how I’m always out of breath, blah blah blah. I didn’t know how to start so I went downstairs and made a big fat waffle with butter and log cabin syrup (I’m on sick-child duty today- waffles were her idea, darnit). Great idea. No inspiration in the waffle. And I’m excited! I look forward to it!

Will Run For AP's. Running is cheaper than therapy. Tuesday, May 20, 2008. Last night, I was doing Jillian Michaels "30 Day Shred" and my 2 year old was "exercising" with me. The cutest plank position you've ever seen. He hung with 3 lbs weights for a lot longer than I expected, and then said "Oh, hard! He then laid down on my yoga mat. I wanted to lay down with him but I finished, not gracefully or with the best form, but I did finish. We'll get better if we keep at it! May 29, 2008 at 2:45 PM.

Will Run For AP's. Running is cheaper than therapy. Tuesday, May 20, 2008. Found a 10k training plan. I think I will start to think about signing up for a 10k this fall. The plan I found on cool running is an 8 week plan. Should be feasible! I found the run I want to do. There isn't any registration forms yet. I will keep watching the website. Now, it's just to DO it! There's a training plan? J/K I'm hoping I still have my base from the 1/2 to get me through my first 10K. June 2, 2008 at 11:44 AM.
