Many of Hudson's friends share his birthday month. October! So one awesome 2-year-old-with-an-october-birthday mom had the idea of doing a big group party. It was a blast! All 5 of the 2 year olds, or soon-to-be 2 year olds looked they had a great time. I enjoyed getting the party ready and planned with the other mom's. even though some of the things didn't go as anticipated (thanks to the crazy wind! It was lots of fun! And roar like a dinosaur. He's a fun little man and we sure do love him!

Hudson was a "DRAGON! Gigi, Papa, Rissa, Chan, Ci, Grandma Moores and of course G and I all went together to watch him say the magic words, "TRICK OR TREAT". Our timid boy would immediately cover his face with hands after he said it, but I think he was amazed when the candy plopped into his bucket. It was as if he wanted to say, "Mom! Then he would whisper a little "thank you! I think overall, Hudson thinks his Gigi has the best birthday ever! Other news. My Great Grandma Ruth just turned 95!

Tuesday, July 24, 2012. This little boy. He has split personalities right now. One is sweet, sensitive, and funny. The other is aggressive, crazy, and stubborn. Parenting is no joke. Obviously I was pregnant or nursing or something and my mind was consumed with extra calories (which I'm totally payin' for now! Just started working out. again. Trying to lose the pudge that won't budge from my middle. Besides, my hubby is gone out of town all week (more on this later) and has finally gotten into a routine of working out. Bonus. he gets free tanning at his gym! Anyway, total tangent.

I was quite surprised when Eric walked in from Bayley's basketball practice with one of these for each of our girls (including myself). It was quite sweet and the girls loved the attention from the first "MAN IN THEIR LIFE". I put mine in my bathroom to enjoy while I do my morning routine.
