Thursday, March 21, 2013. It was a week of resting, eating, adventuring and falling deeper in love with our Creator. My heart is full. I recommend this city to anyone and everyone. Really. Go. It’s the best. I shot some film, but am backed up about 35 rolls from this entire last season, so it will be awhile until any photos resurface from anything. Here a few collective shots from our iDevices. Natural hot spring giant baths. best thing in the world, especially at night in the snow!

Tuesday, March 18, 2014. I will forever love the story of Jesus calling His disciples out on the water. Matthew 14: 22 - 33). Peter takes a risk that the others don't. He steps out. I like Peter. Yes, he doubts, but eventually he gets it. And all the glory to Jesus. I would love to say if I was in Peter’s shoes, I would valiantly hop out of the boat with a fearless heart and fiery eyes. But sometimes, all I want to do when I hear God asking me to take. Let’s just say, He’s not amused. Shaky legs and all.

Saturday, February 14, 2015. Miracles [happen] in Michigan. In November, I felt the Lord told me that once I left YWAM I was to rest, but also to prepare to begin a job on February 2nd. I tried to make things happen in the way I thought they would and I failed. I cried (read as: sobbed) out to God and surrendered myself and my plans again - feeling completely lost on how to move forward. Today, I am thankful for a Sovereign God.
