I must apologize, as I am a couple days late in creating this blog and posting about the beginning of my trip, but my days have been a little hectic and my internet connection a little wavering! Michael was the boldest, however, and ordered the salted herring platter. You have to try it at least once, right? Thursday, September 6, 2012. After a long day of travel, the group was aching for a long night sleep, but come Tuesday morning there were things to do and places to see! I plan on having many more during my stay. Following our canal tour we stopped at various stores searching for household necessities for the boys' apartment and band-aids for my poor feet (which are surprisingly hard to find in Copenhagen). Eventually we found a smokin' deal on a pair of rain boots - only $17 including tax!
