TO MUCH IS GIVEN, MUCH IS REQUIRED. Friday, February 24, 2012. 10 Things I am grateful for this week. Knee specialist John Brady and my third diagnosis: patella femoral syndrome. A break from school on Monday and Monday schedule classes on Tuesday [no 730am class :)]. Benadryl delivered to me when I woke up with my eye LITERALLY swollen shut and refused to go out in public [including my classes]. Reading the scriptures every night. Mark, also as pertaining to items 3-5 and 9. 10 Things I miss this week.

TO MUCH IS GIVEN, MUCH IS REQUIRED. Sunday, March 27, 2011. I made a Sunday dinner for my roommates today and I decided to try something new. Since it's the end of the month and I'm running low on food, I just pulled together a few things that I had and made some chicken and stir fry. It turned out pretty tasty and better than I expected. I'm glad I know how and enjoy cooking! Because I am blessed. I fried the chicken simply with garlic, parsely, onions, salt and pepper. Posted by Mark and Kelsey.

On March 5th and 6th the guys (Doug, Kirk, Chris, Ryan, Jason and Kyle) had what we hope will become an annual event. This time they spent a weekend in the Cedar City, Utah area taking a day trip by rented snowmobiles in to the cabin. They had a blast as they always do when they get together! The southern Utah area has had record snow fall this year and the guys found the cabin virtually embedded in snow!
