Wednesday, August 22, 2012. 77 - Go to a New York City Street Fair. I've been slacking as an updater. Here's another one I accomplished this summer - an NYC street fair! My dear friend Lisa and I went to the Day Life festival on Orchard Street in the LES on June 3rd. Lots of food, some shopping, and a seven-year-old DJ who was really awesome! I didn't take many pictures, but I did eat these delicious tacos from Brooklyn Taco. Yes uh. that's Rick Ross. Don't be jealous. I'm about 22% done with Day Zero!

You are not the only one! I spend half of my time wondering how I even got to where I am right now. "How did I ever get into grad school? Why did they even hire me? This is known as Impostor Syndrome. So why does this happen?

Tuesday, November 1, 2011. Yes, I made this in Paint. I realized today that while working on #45 on my list - Blog Once a Week for Six Months - I actually missed a week where I did not post at all. Blogging once a week is really difficult! Especially when you work 30 hours a week, go to school for another 6, go to the gym 4 days a week, and have an hour-long commute each way. By the time I get home, I have no more energy left to spare. I will not let this task defeat me! Labels: 101 in 1001.

Just save the seeds from the pumpkin pulp for a delicious, healthy(ish) snack. Also pictured is the Happ-O-Lantern (Team effort by Kelsey. Adapted from allrecipes.com. Mix in a bowl. 2 tbsp melted butter. 1/2 tsp seasoned salt. 1/8 tsp garlic salt. 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce. Add and stir until coated. 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds. Where in the world is kelsey? Saturday, November 1, 2008. Colorado springs, colorado! So this was the only city we went to that i had visited multiple times before. Overall i really liked this week. first of all, i had the best room mates ever! We got to go to the olympic training center, and also garden of the gods. we even got to go bowling that week!
