Saturday, February 23, 2013. It's hard to believe that our baby boy is three months old! He has been so much fun and has brought so much joy to our lives. He has continued to put on weight and is doing much better on formula now. He's still a little guy, but we are extremely happy with his progress. We went in for his check-up at 3 months and his stats are as follows:. Weight: 11.4 lbs- 20%. Height: 22 in- 5%. Head: 14 in- 5%. No more daily antibiotics or ultrasounds for this guy! 3 months old- He's so m...

I gave you your life, but you give me mine. Monday, October 3, 2011. Consider yourself warned it may be long. :). What in the heck Kam and I have been doing lately.errr.since JULY! Decorating the new house. (yes still.). Baking. Awhile ago I made a list (go freaking figure) of some things I wanted to accomplish. One of which was baking bread. Not just any bread. Good bread. Well cross that off the bucket list. Thanks Kels. Shopping. Retail therapy. Getting new boots. Kam is still unsure that he likes...

mommy and kam: December 2011
http://mattiekayjohn.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
I gave you your life, but you give me mine. Monday, December 19, 2011. 23 years young and 4 years old. Kam will be turning 4 on Wednesday. 4. I can't believe that it has already been 4 years. I mean really. Really? I know my post about Kam's birthday is coming a few days early, but to be completely honest I don't think my hands will be empty that day so I won't be able to type this on his birthday . Why you ask? Sunday, December 4, 2011. With so much going on since we have moved back to Rigby I will just...

The Blunts: January 2013
http://hollieandrewblunt.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Tuesday, January 8, 2013. Hudson's first photo shoot. Here are a few of our favorites:. I apologize this is a lot of pictures, but I couldn't narrow it down). Dad likes this one with the flag and his army gear. My baby isn't a baby anymore. What a handsome young lad he is! He's making the face that his brother makes so well. Those dimples are to die for! These pirate photos may seem a little silly, but the unit that Drew was deployed with were the "Air Pirates." These are for our Army family :). While we...

Sunday, December 30, 2012. Breast Feeding/Migraine from HELL! When I had Max my milk never came in and I was heartbroken that I wasn't able to breastfeed. I thought with this baby, I'd give it a try, but if it didn't work out I would be okay with that. After delivery I started pumping, and to my surprise my milk supply came in great! I was so happy that I was able to perform that motherly duty for my child. Since he was in the NICU, it was one thing that only I could do for him, no nurse would suffice.

The Blunts: September 2012
http://hollieandrewblunt.blogspot.com/2012_09_01_archive.html
Thursday, September 27, 2012. Curiosity kills the cat.or the mother. Max has always been very smart for his age. He started talking early, he started preschool at 2 years old, he was reciting the pledge of allegiance at 2 as well. I don't know why I am even surprised by the things that come out of this child's mouth, but sometimes I still am. Then he proceeded to ask how Heavenly Father put the baby in my belly. I panicked and said he was magic! Way to go mom. He has already asked how baby Hudson will co...

Saturday, October 27, 2012. I am carrying Hudson in my back and I often barely look pregnant, so when this happened.Max and Mama were a little bit concerned. I was having the worst contractions and clearly the baby was not liking what was going on. They only lasted an hour or so, and then he settled back on my bladder. Only 8 more weeks until this fella will be here! Here is his finished ghost pumpkin. Max, Hunter, Kenna, and Grandma carving away. Here the engineer is giving them a tour of the fire engine.

The Blunts: May 2013
http://hollieandrewblunt.blogspot.com/2013_05_01_archive.html
Saturday, May 25, 2013. Max had never been to the ocean before and he was really looking forward to seeing and playing in it. We went to Newport Beach and spent a few hours there before we headed home. Max had been watching "Shark Week" prior to our vacation and he made Drew promise he would punch any shark in the eye that tried to get him. He squealed the entire way down to the water and he could have cared less that the water was freezing. He was in heaven. I'm not kidding when I say that Max would've ...
