Relaxed, at home summer, was to paint the trim on the windows at the front of the house. I had gotten them all scraped when they tore down the house next door.no sense painting in all of that dust! Apparently I've been living with Aaron for FAR too long.the punniness is really starting to rub off on me.AUGHGHGHGH! I went to the library to get a card. Very exciting. I filled out the info, paid my $10. They said I had to wait about 10 minutes to get everything in the computer, but I had places to be, so I said I'd come back and pick it up. Roxy on the run.catch me if you can! Sunday, November 30, 2008. Fall has always been a time of year when everything seems to slow down to a mellow pace.not this year. I don't know why exactly, but this Fall season is already gone and I hardly got a chance to breathe in the aroma. The leaves have all fallen, the grass has stopped growing (almost), and Halloween and Thanksgiving have come and gone. Christmas is just around the corner, my most favorite Season of all. Roxy on the run.catch me if you can! Monday, February 11, 2008. My lastest endeavor is basically circuit training. I start at the end of a long line of machines and work my way through them all……then I start over again. I usually do 3 sets with 12-15 reps in each set. It takes me about an hour or so and I’ve worked up a pretty good sweat when I’m done! Miscellaneous other machines for abs…. Should I continue to keep raising the pounds …or at some point should I increase the sets? I’ve watched enoug...

I didn't step on the scale, my clothes didn't fit much differently, but I definitely felt like I LOOKED better. I bravely donned my bikinis in Jamaica (posting pictures seems a bit egocentric, don't you think?
