My husband has been fighting infection and dealing with the RSD, my mother had a stroke and I ended up flying to be with her for a while, my psoriasis is flaring. OK, this is a quick and easy way to make stroganoff when you've had a long day but want to have a real meal. You're going to need:. 2-3 lbs of ground beef. 1 bunch of green onions. 1 pkg of bacon (12-16 ounces). 1 24ounce container of sour cream. Garlic salt or powder. Now you can mix and match any of the vegetables you would like but those are what I always put into mine. If you like Lima Beans then put them in, don't like Carrots? I Can't Weight!

Friday, January 15, 2010. Today was my first day at the gym! I forgot what it was like to sweat! But it was really fun! Going with my co-worker has made it so much easier. And Jose working out has make it easier as well. I love that I am doing this with my family, the only difficult thing is that we are so far away =(. I have been addicted to watching Food Network lately- I dunno why, cos I am not even thinking about eating anything they make! Tomorrow is Jose's birthday! He will be 28! I have lost 9 lbs!
