Kelvedon Academy Directors' Blog

Kelvedon Academy Directors' Blog. Saturday, 11 July 2015. It was with very heavy hearts that Mark Walsh and I conducted an Exit Interview with Mrs Card who leaves us at the end of this term. When a member of the teaching staff leaves, we give them an Exit Interview, as it is very helpful to the Directors to find out why they are leaving and what they felt we are doing well as a school and if there are areas they feel need improvement. We wish her well and she will no doubt have a wonderful retirement.
