Berikut resep sederhana wedang jahe. 10 cm Jahe segar. 150gr Gula merah (atau bisa diganti dengan gula pasir). 1 lembar Daun pandan. Rebus jahe dan bahan lainnya bersama air. Masak sampai mendidih, angkat.
