Sunday, February 26, 2012. Saturday, February 11, 2012. So close I can taste it. I am really increasing my cardio for the rest of the month so when I go for my blood work on the 27th, I will have reached my weight loss goal in 9 months after having the VSG surgery. That means I will have lost 100% of my excess body weight. It is amazing how fast time flys, it seems like my surgery was just a few months ago. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Wednesday, May 2, 2012. Carbs, Carbs and more Carbs. When you work out at the gym as hard as I do, you do not want to eat BAD calories, it is not worth it. You can work your butt off for an hour and burn 400 calories, you eat a donut and all that work was for nothing. That is what keeps me motivated. May 3, 2012 at 7:46 PM. I find that when I drink this after lifting I feel INCREDIBLE! Like I have given my body exactly what I need. Just thought I would offer that up in case you might like to try it.
