The Princess and The Tornado: Camping sans Max
http://twodogsandafish.blogspot.com/2015/07/camping-sans-max.html
Max's Open Heart Surgery. Sunday, July 19, 2015. Piper and I went camping with some friends this weekend at Bear Lake. Steve volunteered. To stay home with Max. Mostly because we were tent camping - not hotel pillow top mattress camping ;). It rained off and on for the first night and next morning. But it was fun to camp right on the beach, and the campsite had a great covered pavilion. Tons of the cutest tiny seashells all over the beach. Yes, I brought home a cupful. The Princess and The Tornado: Sleeping like a baby
http://twodogsandafish.blogspot.com/2009/09/sleeping-like-baby.html
Max's Open Heart Surgery. Thursday, September 3, 2009. Sleeping like a baby. Max is doing GReAT. Here he is about 7am, pre. Surgery, in cute hospital jammies. This is the anaesthesiologist, Dr. Peterson, ready to head off to la la land. Here he is about an hour after surgery. I thought he looked great. He was barely puffy. This bed was in a really noisy part of the PICU. And he kept startling at the noises, so they moved him to a more secluded part of the PICU. With glass doors; almost his own room.

The Princess and The Tornado: The Story of Max
http://twodogsandafish.blogspot.com/2009/05/story-of-max.html
Max's Open Heart Surgery. Saturday, May 16, 2009. The Story of Max. Where do I begin? We have witnessed so many small miracles just in the previous weeks alone that have amounted to the amazing miracle of Max joining our family May 1st. I have had several inquiries as to what made us say 'yes' to a special needs adoption. That wasn't our intention when we started the adoption approval process in March of 2008 through LDS. It took six months to get approved through LDSFS. We talked a lot about what type o...

The Princess and The Tornado: 4th of July
http://twodogsandafish.blogspot.com/2015/07/4th-of-july.html
Max's Open Heart Surgery. Thursday, July 23, 2015. Our neighborhood has a great little Independence Day parade. Anyone can walk, ride, or roll in it. Or bring a llama. Or carry a goat. The end of the parade is marked with the firetruck spraying all those nearby ;). Oh, and it was our 12th anniversary. Fireworks. Every year ;). Oh, and found this in the back yard - ugh. We really need to do something with it besides leaving it as dirt and weeds. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Need an Essential Oil?
