Tuesday, April 14, 2009. Finally a new post. Kendrick has been fighting a cold lately, but I think we are over the worst of it now. We are looking forward to a visit from Becky in about 3 weeks, we haven't seen her since Kendrick's first birthday. She is graduating from WVU. In May and we are so extremely proud of her! Friday, January 30, 2009. One day I looked out in the cedar tree and this is what I saw there were probably 5 pair of bluebirds! I guess they forgot to migrate before the snows hit. I started this afghan for Mark way back in 2005. I worked on it some didn't like the way it was turning out so I took it out and started over. Finally. After 3 years here it is DONE! Kendrick took his toys out of his toy box. One day and pretended he was taking a nap in it. Playing in his toy box. Tuesday, January 6, 2009.

Thursday, November 27, 2008. I am also thankful for the wonderful Pappaw. That I had, it was 6 years ago on Thanksgiving Day that we all made the trip from my Aunt's house to the hospital to visit him. For many of us grandkids. It was the last time we saw him. Easton and his friend Christian were playing in the pool on the big white raft, and they were sliding down it and I guess he flopped out of the pool onto the ground.I DON'T KNOW because I wasn't exactly out there when it happened! Wednesday, July 30, 2008. Larry is doing fabulous! He is amazing docs and nurses. They said he would be in ICU for at least 2 days but he was able to leave the day after surgery and he was walking in his room by himself! Then, they took the epidural cath out today and they expected him to be in a lot of pain but he was able to walk up and down the hall! That is wonderful news. I am sure you all are so happy. Thursday, August 14, 2008. We were at Athens Camp this past week. I had a great time. The services were wonderful. The boys had a good time also. Tannen started running a fever on mon. There was nothing else wrong as far as on the outward. His fever went to 104! Mark, Gretchen and Kendrick. Poor Tannen, glad he's feeling better. I think one of Emily's kids has had roseola before.
