Ken Gavin’s paintings are reflective of the sea, marsh, land and flora of Cape Cod. The paintings also contain elements of Ken’s travels in Mexico, Guatamala, Honduras and California. Often the seascapes are ambiguous, since when viewing the paintings the observer cannot always tell where the heavens, sky, sea and sand begin and end.
