Friday, February 09, 2018. 跑游跑 Sun Run Cole Classic Aquathon. 記得去年這項賽事，是只有跑步或者游泳而已，今年首度加上跑游項目，但不是像鐡人賽 Iron(wo)man 那種對於我是遙不可及，也不會想參加的項目。短程的跑 7 公里，和極短程 500 米的泳 (海水，不是泳池)，我應該還可以應付。 其實，游泳一環，我還是沒有抱握，準備功夫不足，海中有浪，不是兩三次下水就可以掌握到技巧的。賽事一星期前到實地海邊玩了一下，那天浪真的很大，我要游 50 米都難，250 米(去程) 談何容易? 2 月 4 日晨，天氣預報肯定會下大雨，清晨又見陰沉天空，又收到當局電郵，說游泳環節得看情況，視海浪雨量而定，安全考量可能會取消，參賽者可轉為只跑 7 公里。 搭公車扺起點路上並沒下雨，從車站走到海邊約一公里多，快到時大雨就滂沱而下了，結果大部份參賽者都被淋成落湯鷄，所幸和太太及時趕到一個公車站，和另一班參賽者避雨，哈哈！ 明年吧，我會再來嗎？請拭目以待。。 Wednesday, January 24, 2018. 嗯ᦉ...
