Wednesday, March 10, 2010. Today Owen is 2 months old! I can't believe how fast all this is going, in just 3 short weeks I will be heading back to work and the real fun will begin! It should be interesting at our house those first few mornings when we have to get out of the house by 6:50am, I try not to think about it! And it will be even more interesting on the days that I go in extra early and Jared has to get Owen together all by himself, sure do wish I could be a fly on the wall for that!

So sorry :) Well Owen will be 5 months old next week. He had his 4 month check up a few weeks ago and weighed 15lbs and was 25 3/4 inches long. He is a little chunker, not too fat though, but just enough to have some good rolls on those thighs! That's all for now, I will try to do better about updating, but no promises! Italian sausage links, but I plan to try the sweet kind next time I make this. 6 links sweet Italian sausage (I also added 1/2 lb ground sage sausage). 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 onion, chopped. 2 cans beef broth, 2 cans water. 16 oz diced tomatoes (I used 14.5 oz). 2 cups sliced zuchini (I used 2 zuchini). 6 oz can sliced black olives (I used chopped to hide them from my kids).
