Thursday, December 26, 2013. Dec 2013 - Christmas. We had a lovely Christmas. Donnie has 2 weeks off from school after a whirlwind of a December. We purchased our cute little Christmas tree at a local nursery called The Chelsea Gardener, and carried it home. They told us the cabs would accommodate small trees, but no, we were stubborn. And it was heavy! The kids spent weeks making lots of decorations for our tree and our house, since I forgot to pack even a single Christmas item. It's a lego Christmas!

It seems like not that long ago when I was telling everyone that I had two babies under the age of two. It was always a challenge to chase the boys as they ran off in different directions. now they are both riding off on bikes and leaving me behind! These are such fun years and I am so thankful to have healthy growing kids! It was the easiest party I have ever thrown!

Sunday, October 18, 2009. Today we went up to Valley Center to Bates Nut Farm. It was a warm fall day and the sun was bright. We did our traditional family picture and the kids each got to pick out some pumpkins. I even got to pick out some other fall vegetables to decorate the house. My three little pumpkins. Andy was the first one to decide on a pumpkin. Look how strong Zach is getting! Here is our little princess in a pile of "Cinderella Pumpkins".
