Wednesday, June 18, 2014. Just a quick note to let you know I'm alive! April, May and now June have been a bit of a non-event in terms of weight loss. That is - I've stayed around about 79kgs or less for the duration. I have been eating a lot off plan, although I've kept up the regular exercise. Tuesday, November 26, 2013. Week 3 down and a massive loss of 2.2kgs! That brings me to 10.2kgs lost overall! I am SO HAPPY! Tuesday, May 13, 2014. Yesterday we had a free Heart Health check. It was provided by my work, which was pretty awesome. They had a lady come in and take a finger prick test for blood glucose and cholesterol, as well as taking our blood pressure and waist measurement. I'm pleased to say that my results were quite good! Tuesday, December 31, 2013. End of Week 8 and. 2.6kgs lost! I now weigh 100.3kgs. I am SO close to my first big goal of 20kgs lost and being in double digits. I’ve also learned that the salt cravings I was having was likely from lowered potassium. I am now adding this supplement as well as magnesium to my daily routine.
