A journey on my path! Tuesday, January 3, 2017. Reset button for 2017. Well, its 2017 and its time for a new start. After some progress near the end of last year I am back at it today. I don't have my training set up but I will be doing the same diet program. My goals for the next 3-4 months is to hit a goal weight of 200 pounds, only 26 out now, and to get in shape.
