We have had many visitors from the church here in Ghana and we have moved again and we have been surprised at how fast the month has gone by. Sunday, April 14, 2013. Weddings - The Volta. This has been a very busy few weeks. The Area Presidency has been in Salt Lake for the General Conference and while they have been gone, we have taken advantage of the time to travel and play. The other marriage was in the chapel of the Stake Center. We went to this wedding and watched the proceedings. After Tanya and Darren came home for the hospital, I took Natalie and Marisa on a few site seeing excursions. Mostly, I thought we needed to get out of the house. We headed for the bus to explore Greenwich. I had a great view of Canary Wharf. Tim worked in one of those tall buildings. The girls enjoyed splashing in the puddles.

They came away as the winners with some grousing from the other teams who complained that Lone Peak was too good. Will sprained his ankle which is still sore a week later. Coray is a terrific coach and enjoys his associations with the boys. Why hasn't he been in young men's since he was released as scout master?

Paula and Tom Heath Family blog. Wednesday, August 14, 2013. 2013-08-07 Thomas leaves on a mission. Thomas left August 7th for the MTC in Provo to study Japanese prior to leaving for Japan on October 8th. He spoke in church on July 28th followed by a big party at his home with a hundred or so of his friends and family. We're impressed by Thomas's willingness to serve and his self confidence. Thomas sent a photo of him at the MTC with his friend Sam Rasmussen who will be going to Taiwan.
