How we do it. Reducing reoffending, improving lives. We have a statutory duty to deliver a range of rehabilitation services to people who have been sentenced by a court to either custody or community supervision and who are assessed as being low to medium risk. Our goal is to reduce reoffending and in so doing, improve peoples lives - those of potential victims of crime as well as the perpetrators of them. We do this specifically by steering people away from crime. In custody or released on licence.
