One of the joys of living where I do during the summer is fresh produce. Seriously. This is a joy. At least for me. This year, for the first time since I moved here, I joined a CSA or Community Supported Agriculture. Being blessed to live in a farming community, wanting to eat locally produced, fresh food, primarily plant-based, I thought how can I not do a CSA?
