It is always a tough day when the students have to hand over their most powerful learning tools! Over the summer, the Information Technology department will repair, refresh, and reimage hundreds of laptops to get them ready for the fall. Today, as I was replacing worn-out barcode labels, I overheard one student commenting to the friend next to her in line, "This is sad! I'm going to miss my laptop!
