Being a Young Carer? Young Person's Travel Passes. For the forthcoming 2015-16 academic year the Young Person’s Travel Pass will remain free for Young Carers from the ages of 11-18. The scheme and process will remain unchanged for Young Carers. Furher information can be found on the KCC website. You can also click here. For a copy of the new application form. Friday, January 14, 2005. A wife's thoughts and reflections. Kent was so encouraged by the cord blood treatment! We had such hope that it would be the answer for at least stopping the progression of his ALS and even possibly reversing some aspects. His mental health improved right along with his breathing, and it was very hard on our entire family when we had to face the fact that he would not be able to have another treatment. Return to 'the petition'. Return to 'letters of anger, reasons for hope'.
