Easy vegetarian cooking for everyone, with a few ideas mixed in. Our pantry is mostly filled with the raw ingredients, and very little processed food. We tend to make snacks from these raw ingredients. The only exceptions are the Annie’s cheddar bunnies and applesauce to go. Pastas: cappellini, orzo, medium shells, linguine, penne, and verimicelli. Grains: barley, quiona, wheatberries, grits, brown rice, cous cous, pearled couscous, risotto, polenta, and jasmine rice. Oats: oatmeal, granola, trail mix.

Easy vegetarian cooking for everyone, with a few ideas mixed in. You need to only expose them to a food 3-5 days before you move on to the new one. The reason for the 3-5 day required exposure is due to allergies. After you establish that your child isn’t having an allergic reaction, move on to the next food. Eggwhite from one egg. 2 cups of flour. 1 tb kosher salt. 1 tb ground pepper. 1 In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Hot, but not so much that oil will splash outside the pan. 2 Put the egg in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge the blossoms in the egg.
