This is a blog, feel free to feed the fish. There was an error in this gadget. Tuesday, January 26, 2010. Digital Artist #1: Bradley Carter. The first artist I upon whom I decided to reflect on the blog is Bradley Carter. I came across his work through the New Museum. And was really intrigued by it. Ballentine. I really find it interesting that he's such an advocate of free, interactive art via the internet, and especially his relationship as an artist to the internet and the affordances it's provided him.

This is a blog, feel free to feed the fish. There was an error in this gadget. Saturday, February 20, 2010. Some shells and seaglass I picked up from the beach, Carolina Beach, N.C. I selected them all because I thought they were interesting in some way- color, texture, size, rarity. I really like the smooth quahog. Shells that are deep purple. The Wampanoag tribe, native to the same Southeastern Massachusetts area that I am, used to use small pieces of shell like this to create wampum.
