How to make :. 1 Heat the ghee and fry the vermicelli (Semiya) till light brown. 2 In the meanwhile, boil the milk with water. 4 Once the vermicelli becomes soft, add the sugar and continue to stir.

Ingredients: 1. Rice - 2 cup (soaked in water for 4-5 hrs and drain it) 2. Yeast - 1/2 tsp3. Sugar - 2 tbsp4. Coconut - 1/2 cup5. Cooked rice - 1 cup6. Salt - a pinch. Yeast and sugar mixture - Mix Yeast with sugar in lukewarm water and keep for 10-15 mts. aside. NOTE : Appachatti is using for making palappam.
