Some projects from the last ten years. This antenna is designed to operate in a restricted space. It consists of a coiled transmission line formed from a track on a piece of FR4 that is spaced above a ground plane on two vertical radiators. The length of the radiators and PC track determine the frequency of operation and the transmission line is used to transform the low value of radiation resistance of the verticals to a value around 7Ω.
