Rants, Raves and Reviews. Anything that catches my attention and I think worth sharing! Friday, June 14, 2013. Military Diet - Day 3 (final day). And I lost 3 pounds. Not too bad for 3 days. I've read a little more about the program and apparently the 3 days fasting help "shock" your system into weight loss. So if I eat sensibly (1200 -1500 calories) the next 4 days the weight loss should continue. If that's the case I think I'll stick with the program for at least a month. Wednesday, June 12, 2013.
