Here is his cupcake recipe:. 1/4 c nonfat Greek yogurt. 1/2 c whole wheat flour. 1 t baking powder. Whip the egg whites on medium speed for 3 to 4 minutes or until the whites begin to lighten and hold their shape. Fold in the yogurt. In a separate bowl combine the flour, baking powder, and mix together well.
