Saturday, March 10, 2012. Conflicting reports . . . We had an interesting conversation with one of the baby docs (residents) today. He was telling us that they were considering placing a filter in Kerry to stop clots from going to her lungs. Imagine our surprise since this procedure was already done at SLU in December. When we told him one was already in place, he said "we heard that story"! As always, thanks for all the prayers. I think they may be needed now more than ever. Ed and Cheryl - Hope Matters.

Wednesday, March 21, 2012. We said goodbye . . . Funeral arrangements are pending at Crawford Funeral Home in Jerseyville, IL. It is said "that joys shared are doubled and sorrows shared are halved". Thanks and blessings to all of you who in any way have shared in our sorrow making the burden a little easier to carry. Once arrangements are made, we will post them on the blog. God bless. Tuesday, March 6, 2012. Step forward and back . . . Ed possibly has a torn rotator cuff from his bout with my horse last spring. Another misdiagnosis from our local band aid station. He has an MRI on Thursday and then we will know more. By the way, I am giving away the little black cloud over our house if anyone is interested!
