Als Ende März eine Einladung nach Wehlen in meinem Briefkasten lag, sprang mein Herz vor Freude in die Luft. Ein paar namhafte Wein- und Foodblogger waren eingeladen im ehrwürdigen Moselweingut Joh. Jos. Prüm einer ganz besonderen Weinprobe beizuwohnen. Diese wollte zum einen Wein- und Essensmenschen zusammenbringen und zum anderen mit traumhaften Weinen der beiden Gastgeberweingüter J.J.Prüm und Willy Schäfer zeigen, was Mosel alles kann. Und die kann was! Spannend wie sich die Süße mit ihren Fruchtnote...
