Kesher NoW is a social group for people in their 20s and 30s. Our goal is to create connections through social events, community service, and other activities throughout Montgomery County, MD, just northwest of Washington, DC. "Kesher" means "connection" and the N and W in Now references the area where most of our activities will take place. Swimming - July 27, 2014. It was a nice day for swimming at the Wheaton/Glenmont Outdoor pool. We went on the water slides and completed the obstacle course successfully! Geocaching - July 12, 2014. We hiked around Rock Creek Park and found four different geocaches! 3 Buck Thursday - June 26, 2014. Had a nice time at TGI Friday's and welcomed a few new members! Mini Golf - June 14, 2014. Cinco de Mayo Brunch - May 4, 2014. Had some delicious food and a great time at El Golfo in Silver Spring!

יום ראשון, 31 בינואר 2010. מירה ק. מספרת על התחלת הפרוייקט. ההכרות שלי עם יהלי היתה בזכות סבתא אילנה שהיא סבתא של יהלי וסבתא של נכדי,. הכרתי את יהלי מספיק טוב אך היום בזכות הלמידה במחשבים הקשרים שלנו התהדקו,. אני מאד מאד נהנית ללמוד אתו הוא מלמד מאד טוב . יום ראשון, 24 בינואר 2010. התחלת קשר רב דורי. לפני כ-3 חודשים הכיתה שלי התחילה ללמד מבוגרים על המחשב. בהתחלה זה היה מוזר. אבל עכשיו זה ממש מעניין ותורם. המבוגרים יודעים כבר די טוב להשתמש במחשב. כרגע אנחנו מלמדים אותם להשתמש בתוכנות בסיסיות המחשבים.

יום חמישי, 3 ביוני 2010. הטיול לפרובנס והריבירה הצרפתית. לפני שבוע טסתי לפרובנס והריבירה הצרפתית.נדהמתי מהנופים המרהיבים ומהערים המדהימות.בפרובנס התרשמתי במיוחד מקניון ורדון ומהעיר אבניון. העיר אבניון היא עיר האפיפיורים ובה מוצב לוח זכרון לזכר יהודי העיר שנספו בשואה. בעיר מרסי ראיתי את מחנות המעבר שבהם שהו היהודים לפני עלותם ארצה. הנמל במרסי מרשים מאד ויש בו הרבה ספינות ויאכטות. מזג האוויר היה נפלא והשלווה הייתה שלמה.אך יותר מכל שמחתי לחזור לארץ,לעירי,למשפחתי ולביתי. יום חמישי, 13 במאי 2010. לשכונה זו הג...
