I realize that this might not be very exciting, but I am pretty pleased that I managed to. 1) save my new purple alpaca socks (alpaca being one of the few wools which I am not allergic to at this point), and. 2) squelching my "but my sewing isn't perfect" anxiety. Seriously, how many people are going to be looking at the inside seam of my sock? Every day is halloween.
