FLAN AUX POIVRONS ROUGES. 6 à 8 poivrons cornes rouges. Environ 250 g de faisselle de chèvre. 2 cuillères à soupe de farine. 2 cuillères à soupe de maïzena. 2 cuillères à soupe de crème fraîche. Environ 75 g de beurre. Environ 25 g de fromage râpé. Sauce tomate pimentée (pour l’accompagnement). Préparez les poivrons à l’avance. Faites préchauffer le four à 220 C. Faites cuire les poivrons jusqu’à ce que leur peau noircisse. Pelez-les et épépinez-les. Détaillez-les ensuite en lanières. 1/2 verre de lait.
