Level 1 Instr Training, Gold's Gym, VA 1-2007. Dr Tedd Keating, Associate Professor at Manhattan College. Physical Education and Human Performance Department and Vincent Metzo, Dean of the Exercise Science/Personal Training Department at the Swedish Institute in NYC. Were the lead instructors for this Level 1 Training, the first one KBC has conducted in the Virginia area. The training was held at Gold's Gym. In Alexandria, VA. Kudos to PT Manager, Rudy Neilsen for putting the whole thing together!

KBC Korea-Creative Mover Class, Nov. 2005. While in Seoul, Michelle Khai-Cronin also conducted a Kettlebells for the Creative Mover class at one of the foremost Pilates studios in Korea. The students proved very receptive to the idea of supplementing their existing practice with KB's! Jordan is quite gifted at what he does and we look forward to introducing others to his system.

This time around however, it was for the trainers located at the Cherry Hill, NJ facility. Evan Molovinsky and Lucy Kemp were responsible for pushing this project foward. It was one of KBC's largest trainings and the response was phenomenal. Many Crunch trainers have now been trained by KBC and KB's are very quickly making their way into the personal training community throughout the Crunch chain.
