The 4 of us and a dog. Thursday, January 28, 2010. Meg's retina is still good! It's been about 6 months is since Meg's detached retina was repaired. Before surgery, it had been partially detached for a while so there was a risk that the retina wouldn't stay reattached or that the blood supply wouldn't totally reestablish and there'd be spots that wouldn't work. But, at her 6 month check up it was completely attached with a good blood supply! We were so excited! Her Dr seemed to be very pleased, too.

The 4 of us and a dog. Wednesday, June 10, 2009. Missed a whole month! Well, apparently I didn't blog about anything in May! It was a good month, busy, but good. Kevin had a birthday and we celebrated quietly. Megan was sick with strep, so it was just us 4 the dog. We ate crab cakes from Sea King and ice cream cake from Trader Joes. The 4 of us and a dog. Wednesday, January 6, 2010. On the Wednesday after Christmas, we took Megan and Kellie and Cassie to Port Discovery. Children's Museum in Baltimore. They can explore and role play and create. Cassie and Megan both said their favorite area was Adventure Expeditions where you venture back into 1920s Egypt. (sadly we didn't get any pictures of that area- so much to do there that we forgot! Kellie really enjoyed the 50s Diner play area. No fair, I wanted to go too! New Years Eve and Day.

The 4 of us and a dog. Tuesday, September 29, 2009. Boyds Bear Country- Camping- Gettyburg post 3. We had a late checkout on Monday. After doing all the getting ready to go stuff that we could do early, we headed out. 1st in search of a gas station with diesel. I never realized it's hard to find sometimes. We learned to go to a highway and look there, not bother looking "in town". Then we headed to Boyds Bear Country. This place is huge and sorta overwhelming, but fun.
