Fragments of me … on the internet. July 25, 2015. Would you like to engage robot assist? I have Siri on my iPhone and I have Google Now on my Nexus 7 and my Chromebook. I do have Cortana but it’s only on a Windows Developer build so it’s probably unfair to include. But here’s the answers I got from a few randomish questions. I think it’s interesting. What’s in my calendar for this Monday? Siri – called up calendar notification on screen. Did not tell me verbally what’s in my calendar. Tell me about Pluto.

Vinyl is, to me anyhow, an inefficient way to store data. Fragments of me … on the internet. June 19, 2015. How exciting. I learned today that TEH GOOLEL has released Google Photosphere for iOS. If you don’t know, Photosphere is a neat thing that Android does that takes 360 “3D” photos. I have taken a few on my Nexus 7 and they come out pretty well – they’re better for scenery than closeups or photos of your room but nonetheless pretty dashed good. Give it a go. They think of the blandest thing on the menu. Something beige. Gloopy. Plain. I say they are wrong. Vanilla used properly is amazing.
