This is a truly amazing and challenging event, although total time took you to the top is only less than half an hour, but it is the hardest event I had ever taken part, KL Tower International Forest Towerthon 2010. But my breath was going to stop. I did it in 22:44 rank around 15th or 16th in Women Open. Not too bad though but it was really a bad choking experience! 星期一, 3月 15, 2010. Arrowtown, a town which is 20km away from the happening Queenstown but apperently, it is so beautiful and peaceful. It is such a lovely place. I walked up the snowy trail. Whole track was full of snow and some of the snow was as soft as powder until you wouldn't want to walk on it and spoilt the beautiful snow track. With only total of 330km training mileage in past 3 months, I managed to finish strong in Standard Chartered KL Marathon 2010 with Personal Best 4:31:xx. Thank God for giving me strength and being with me. I was feeling good during the whole 42km, some tiredness and pain were bearable. I just love pacing myself. Saw your photo in Teys site, you definitely look stronger and happy with your run! Nice brief and this...
