Beautiful art music venue in a converted church in Cardiff Bay, is forced to close after complaints of noise by the neighbours who had moved into new flats that were built close by. What a bunch of wankers. People should know what is in the area before they move there. The whole idea of moving to certain areas is because you are supposed to like them.
