Friday, October 1, 2010. It has begun to get warmer as Oct is the hot season so even during sept there were some pretty warm days. Some nights would have 2 fans going and just sleep with the mosquito net and still be sweating. But i can tell you it is a LOT better then winter time back home. It might just be me but i Hate the cold so Africa suits me well. Thanks again and God Bless. Monday, September 6, 2010. Friday, July 30, 2010. Well another month has past and i guess it is about time to update my blog. At the House of Moses we have had a hard month as we have had a lot of trouble with the Measles. Having to put the house in lockdown was a very difficult decision for everyone. Not allowing visitors is one thing but not allowing any new admissions was just heart breaking. I dont even want to begin to think about what happened to those babies that were supposed to be admitted to House of Moses.

Well being here in zambia during the world cup is soemthing else.everyone here is SOO excited for ghana and we were cheering when they beat the USA.haha i loved it.sorry to any american friends.my main team is still netherlands.and will be wearing orange on friday. We have finally made it (slowly due to intense busy-ness of life) to one of my absolute favourite places in Europe! We took the train from Rome up to the north coast of Italy, close to the south of France, to visit yet another UNESCO World Heritage Site, Cinque Terre. Cinque Terre. Houses along the water where we had lunch. The heat was intense! We downed our large water bottles quickly. The views were incredible!

Our hostel had mini kitchens in every room, so we cooked a nice little meal for ourselves, showered/cleaned up, and went out to enjoy some night life. We explored the town a little, looked in shops, and saw a sweet street-side concert of a group of French guys playing African fusion music. It was pretty sweet.
