Monday, September 27, 2010. Buuz, Khuushuurs and Naps. Finally, after three days and 5 tries - the pictures all loaded on! Sister Uyanga, in the yellow, is a new missionary, this is her 2nd area, she started in June. Buuz are meat filled dumplings and then steamed. Sister Baasanjav is pinching them together, there is a knack to the pinching! One I have not yet done to their satisfaction, they laugh at my attempts. But, I am practicing! Last saturday Kate and I took a day trip with my parents to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Kate did well for being in the car the majority of the day.
