A topnotch WordPress.com site. Weight Loss – Update. Published August 3, 2012. It’s been nearly 2 months since my last blog and if I’m honest, it’s because it’s not been going too well. 😔. I put 6lbs on after my holidays. We indulged in Krispy Kreme donuts along with lots of other treats. So it was worth it! I lost 3.5lbs after my holidays and I thought…Great, I’m back on track! That’s when it started to go wrong! I did make syn free quiche in this time which did help and it was delicious and low fat.
