So I am challenging myself and I would challenge you to minimize the "lack of time excuse" especially when it comes to exercise. Kind of a lame excuse nowadays anyway. After all, who doesn't lack time? Time can be on your side if you let it. I dn't think it's a matter of having time or not, it's a matter of making time.
