If today’s economic meltdown is like the third circle, where gluttons are condemned to wallow in slush like very cold pigs, then the Civil War might rank right down in the seventh circle, where the violent are either immersed in a river of boiling blood or eternally chased by hellish dogs through thorny thickets. So we pulled the kids away from the canoes and running wild, to hike. I thought the possibility of summiting an 11,999 foot mountain would be enough, but it took some serious cheerleading to get the crew up the mountain. Jonas: the rock-climbing mountain goat. Macie: happy and cold. Forget the view, how about that fort! C jane enjoy it.
